Pair it with one of their carefully crafted cocktails, which are notably generous and expertly mixed, rounding out an exceptional dining experience.
In the words of a delighted visitor, "Amazing food. Complex flavors. Chefy but not pretentious." This perfectly captures the essence of Cafe Pasqual's—where elevated Southwestern cuisine meets genuine hospitality in an inviting setting that feels like a culinary home away from home.
Amazing food. Complex flavors. Chefy but not pretentious. Very friendly staff. Good drinks too that didnt skimp on alcohol. Make sure you order the chocolate budino for dessert, fantastic! :D
We waited briefly, no big deal, the salad ok, the smoked salmon very good, loved the poblanos and loved the ribeye. The vibe the best thing abt the place, vibrant and alive, the food very good, but the ambiance but the dinner over the top!
It was my first time in Santa Fe and this place was incredible. This is an upscale Mexican style restaurant serving mostly breakfast and lunch. Everything is organic, which explains the price. It is worth every penny because the flavors are fantastic. You know you are getting quality food that tastes like its made at home. The staff are super friendly and personable. They gave us suggestions on places to visit while in town! I recommend this spot to my friends! See the photos.
This is one our favorites in Santa Fe. Funky place with great atmosphere. While you wait for your table don't miss out on the chance to visit the museum around the corner and upstairs. The cafe is very cozy and sometimes one gets to dine at the community table which can be a great way to meet interesting people! We've enjoyed the smoked trout, and the other creative and tasty New Mexican dishes. You gotta check this place if you haven't already!
Incredible Mexican/New Mexico cuisine. The atmosphere is very southeastern. The menu has many delicious sounding options. Don’t ask for chips and salsa, not that type of restaurant. The wait on a Monday afternoon was almost an hour. The service kept us updated on our food so we didn’t feel like we were forgot. The trip to the restrooms in a tight squeeze. Best place on the visit for food and drinks. They also have this community table which might be an interesting experience if you like meeting people.
Cafe Pasqual was a restaurant I found by searching the top restaurants in Santa Fe. We had a great experience there. We went around 11:30 on a Monday morning. The wait time was about 30-35 minutes. It’s a small restaurant beautifully decorated. You are given a choice whether you would mind seating at the community table or private. You get to be seated faster at the community table. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Everything we ate was delicious. The host was accommodating to us since we had a handicap person in our party. Cookies and other pastries made on site are scrumptious. Highly recommended but be ready to wait to be seated. Worth the wait.
This is a quaint small restaurant in Santa Fe where we had our first lunch in NM. The atmosphere was very cozy. The service was very attentive. We had mole enchilada and carne asada, which were delicious. Mole was savory and well balanced. The carne asada was tender and perfectly seasoned. We were very content with our experience and its no wonder that there other waiting for a space in this cozy restaurant. Come try and experience for yourself!
